3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

4.3 AI Credits

Some plans include AI Credits for platform usage. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to breach security measures
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis against us
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of KaiG and its licensors.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it to provide and improve our Service.

6.3 Generated Strategies

AI strategies and roadmaps generated for you are your property. You are responsible for their implementation and outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To provide the Service
  • As required by law
  • To protect rights and safety

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our AI strategies.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.3 AI Disclaimer

AI-generated strategies are recommendations based on available data. Professional judgment should be applied before implementation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KaiG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Harmful or illegal activities
  • Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may download your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law
